Orriant National Sales Representative

The Orriant Sales Representative is responsible to identify and acquire future customers, through relationship-building, presentation, and other traditional sales techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Traditional outside sales position.
  • Interest prospective clients in our services.
  • Address questions and concerns about the program.
  • Demonstrate how our service can reduce cost.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of verifiable, outside sales experience.
  • Strong communication and relationship skills.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated.
  • 2 to 3 references required.
  • Up to 50% travel necessary.

Orriant Account Manager

The Account Manager cultivates strong relationships with Orriant clients while overseeing the success of Orriant in developing a culture of wellness at each customer company.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage the Orriant wellness program for new and existing client companies around the country.
  • Manage ongoing relationships and service delivery to clients for up to 20 customer accounts.
  • Act as outward-facing, dedicated resource for assigned accounts and includes substantial direct client contact.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and serve as the primary point of contact for overall and day-to-day service delivery.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and implement strategies that maximize satisfaction.
  • Approach each client interaction as an opportunity to exceed the clients' expectations and improve Orriant's reputation.
  • Report to client companies on all elements of the Orriant wellness program: biometrics, satisfaction, ROI, and general participation statistics.


Skills/Qualifications:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Account Management.
  • Associate's degree or higher in Health Sciences, Business, or Marketing.
  • 3+ years of in-person, face to face experience with clients.
  • Strong project management experience using MS Office Suite.
  • Professional communication skills and demeanor.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Willing and able to travel within the U.S. up to 30% of the time.

Orriant Health Coach


The Orriant Health Coach works to fulfill the Orriant mission of "engaging people in the management of their own health and wellness" by building relationships with participants, providing accountability, and offering education.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationship and rapport.
  • Create a mutual understanding of how to address their health conditions, health status, and risks.
  • Create personalized, non-prescriptive health and wellness goals.
  • Educate participants on the participation requirement designated by their company.
  • Follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain high ethical standards at all times.
  • Provide credible and quality health education.

Additional Expectations:

  • Follow clinical policies and procedures.
  • Maintain regular, consistent office hours, minimum of 10 hours and 3 days a week.
  • Attend ongoing coach meetings and trainings.

Orriant Customer Service Agent/Support Coach


The Orriant Customer Service Agent/Support Coach is responsible to provide proper education to participants to maintain eligibility for the wellness program. Other responsibilities include assisting participants with website navigation and other program requirements. This position also acts as a Support Coach who is available to participants when their coach is unavailable.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality service to Orriant participants by offering unique, proactive, and timely solutions in a positive manner.
  • Assist participants in navigation of company website.
  • Provide program requirements and accurate education to participants to succeed in the engagement of their own health and wellness.
  • Receive and respond to email requests in a timely manner.
  • Follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain high ethical standards at all times.
  • Provide credible and quality health education.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Four year degree in health science field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer experience.
  • Confident in interactions over the phone.
  • Passion for health and wellness.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel.

 

Orriant Customer Service Agent

The Orriant Customer Service Agent is responsible for providing proper education to participants to stay eligible for the wellness program. Other responsibilities include assisting participants with website navigation and program requirements. Accurate data entry and outbound calls are processes of the position to provide quality service to participants.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality service to Orriant participants by offering unique, proactive and timely solutions in a positive manner
  • Assist participants in navigation of company website
  • Provide program requirements and accurate education to participants to succeed in the engagement of their own health and wellness
  • Receive and respond to email requests in a timely  manner
  • Follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain high ethical standards at all times

Physical Assessment Technicians (Seasonal)


The Orriant Assessment Tech, often referred to as the ‘Face of Orriant', performs on-site biometric health screenings and works with Orriant wellness participants.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform physical health assessment, testing the following biometrics: blood pressure, body composition, blood glucose, cholesterol.
  • Accurately record participant scores into the Orriant database.
  • Disseminate results to participants.
  • Answer questions regarding biometrics and provide guidelines to improving scores.
  • Interact with client participants, as the face of Orriant, in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Adhere to HIPAA confidentiality laws and regulations.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Able to work in fast-paced environments effectively.
  • Health education or medical testing background is preferred, but not required.
  • Quick learner.
  • Team Player.
  • Technologically savvy.
  • Flexible schedule-job typically requires morning/early afternoon availability.

Orriant Internships


Orriant supports continuing education and believes that experience is a significant component to an individual's success. As a result, we offer college internships to help provide experience in a work setting, and offer students the opportunity to practice the tools they are learning in the classroom.

When are internships available?

  • Orriant offers internships based on the current need of the company. The most frequently offered internships are the Health Internships.
  • Orriant typically looks to hire interns at the beginning of school semesters: Fall, Spring, and Summer.

Are internships paid?

  • The standard internship is 200 hours. The intern is paid a $500 stipend upon completion of the 200 hours. The hours of the internship can be modified to meet University requirements as needed and the stipend will be adjusted appropriately.

What prerequisites do I need to qualify for an internship with Orriant?

  • At least a junior or senior in a field that relates to the internship.
  • Hard working and self-motivated.
  • Dependable.
  • Works well in both team and independent settings.
  • Understands and is passionate about the mission of Orriant: To engage people in the management of their own health and wellness.

What will I do as an Intern at Orriant?

  • Job duties and responsibilities will vary for each internship, depending on the type of internship and needs of the company at that time.
  • Interns will have a manager who will assign projects that fit the intern's skill set and the needs of the company.

Reporting Generalist

The Reporting Generalist is responsible for the accurate compilation and generation of health related data and reports. Must thrive in a deadline driven environment. Must be detail oriented and have the ability to analyze information.

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with website and directly with database to produce statistics regarding client participation, results, program financial performance, etc.
  • Generate end product reports for company clients
  • Compile statistics for monthly invoicing
  • Handle special report requests for various situations
  • Report to and interact directly with Director of Reporting and other members of executive team

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or completed a degree in technical or analytical related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Passion for health and wellness
  • Excellent task management skills

Prior knowledge or experience with the following or similar technical elements:

  • Software - Must be highly proficient in Excel. Word, Publisher, PowerPoint and Access a plus.
  • Ability to work with a variety of computer software products
